CLASSIC CONNECTION DEVICES: SEQUENCERS, REMOTE POWER CONTROLS & RELAYS
DISTRIBUTED POWER DISTRIBUTED POWER RPC-15 control AC power to equipment at remote locations. With the exception of rackmount sequencers, which

Combine remote power controls, power sequencers, and relays for an intrinsically safe, low-voltage way to

include their own SPST switch for activation, all devices will require an external trigger switch or connection
to a device that has an activation trigger. (Order external switches separately.)

                                                                                                  IMPORTANT TECH TIP
REMOTE DEVICES with CLASSIC CONNECTIONS are made for use with 3- or 4-wire conductors, although a few models have a
single RJ45 jack for cat5/6 cable. Classic devices can be combined with each other and do not require a sequencer for activation.
Note: These devices are not interchangeable with “pass-through” devices on the following page. See spec sheets for more information.

                              CLASSIC CONNECTIONS

Models include either a 6 ft. standard cord, 6 ft. detachable cord, 6 ft. flexible conduit (non-metallic) with pigtail leads for hardwired
applications, or power supply with 6 ft. cable. Units are activated by contact closure (CC) and/or voltage trigger (VT) – see chart. All
SEQ-8 models have terminal strips; some models have a paralleled RJ45 jack.
                               • Sequencers: Classic power sequencers (SEQ Series) are available as stand-alone units or in rackmount panels, as
listed in the chart below. Sequencers feature 4-step or 8-step time-delayed activation and deactivation of
                                                connected equipment (screwdriver-adjustable delay).
                               • Remote Power Classic remote power controls (RPC Series) can be used alone or with a compatible relay or sequencer. An
Controls (RPC): external trigger (ex. SPST switch or sequencer) is required for activation. A variety of outlets are available. Units
with surge suppression protect against power surges up to 20,000A (). ETL Listed.
                               • Relays: Classic general purpose relays (RY Series) feature two or four double-pole double-throw (DPDT) relays. An
external trigger is required for activation.
RY-2A • Origins: Assembled in the U.S.A. with global components and U.S. steel chassis.
