The slim open-frame rack shall be Lowell Model LXR-3021 which shall ship unassembled. Overall measurements shall be 56.34″H x 21″D x 19.21″W when set up. Panel space shall be 30 rack units. The rack shall feature corner-post mounting rails of 11-gauge steel printed with rack unit increments and side support brackets to aid torsional rigidity, and shall include assembly and panel mounting hardware. The rack shall be manufactured in the USA using USA-certified steel and have a smooth-black powder-coat finish. It shall be Trade Agreement Act (TAA) compliant and Buy American Act (BAA) compliant.
