The rack shall be Lowell Model LXR-1421 which shall ship unassembled. Overall measurements shall be 28.34″H x 21″D x 19.21″W when set up. Panel space shall be 14 rack units. The rack shall feature corner-post mounting rails of 11-gauge steel and printed with rack unit increments, and include assembly and panel mounting hardware. The rack shall be manufactured in the USA using USA-certified steel and have a smooth-black powder-coat finish. It shall be Trade Agreement Act (TAA) compliant and Buy American Act (BAA) compliant.
