Model CP84 steel speaker enclosure with flange is made for recessed installation, ideally new construction where the flange can protect the opening from plaster, poured concrete or sheetrock. It can also be used in existing construction, suspended tile ceilings. The enclosure is designed to accommodate an 8-inch driver and screw-mount grille.
