The rack for built-in applications shall be Lowell Model No. LPTR4-1619 which shall be constructed from USA-certified steel. Overall measurements shall be 30.65″H x 19.13″W x 19.68″D with 16U panel space. The base shall feature four bottom rails and integral turntable to allow the rack to slide forward, rotate and lock at 60 or 90 degrees. The rack shall include six cable lacing bars, a front securing/finishing panel and side supports with obround openings. Load capacity shall be 250 lbs. The rack shall ship unassembled in two cartons. The rack shall be manufactured in the USA using US and global components and have a smooth-black powder-coat finish. It shall be Trade Agreement Act (TAA) compliant and Buy American Act (BAA) compliant.
