The desktop rack stand shall be Lowell Model LRS-12, which shall feature (2) 11-ga. steel rails (tapped 10-32) on a 10-degree angle, 16-ga. steel side supports, and 16-ga. steel bottom panel. When assembled, the rack shall shall measure 19.06″W x 11.5″D x 22.86″H, provide 12 units of racking space, and support a load up to 80 lbs. It shall include assembly hardware. The rack shall be manufactured in the USA using USA-certified steel and have a smooth-black powder-coat finish. It shall be Trade Agreement Act (TAA) compliant and Buy American Act (BAA) compliant.
