The device for temperature controlled activation of cooling fans mounted in the rack shall be Lowell Thermostat Model FTC-1, which shall have a temperature range of 50–90 degrees Fahrenheit [10–32 degrees Celsius] and shall include a compact steel chassis, 15A duplex receptacle, UL Listed bi-metallic thermostat with thermometer, 6-ft. cord and LED indicators for “ON” and “STANDBY” functions.
