The rack shall include Lowell service interface panel model ACR-1507-SSI-FC, which shall feature two pass-through ports (RJ45 jack and USB-A) to allow quick access to network connections made at the rear of the unit. The panel shall also include five front charging ports (three USB-A, one USB-A with Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 technology, one Type-C), seven NEMA 5-15R power outlets (one front, six rear), and an attached 6′ power cord with 5-15P plug. The panel shall include surge protection capable of defeating surges up to 40,000A. The unit shall be ETL Listed to conform to UL60065.
