Lowell Custom Manufacturing
There’s nothing like experience when it comes to fabricating precision parts for today’s manufactured products. Along with producing components for our branded line, Lowell’s custom division also fabricates OEM components for companies in a variety of industries. Our 110,000 sq. ft. headquarters and production facility are located in Pacific, Missouri, roughly 1/2 hour southwest of St. Louis. We’d be pleased to schedule an on-site visit if you’d like a tour.
Capabilities
Capabilities include precision laser cutting, robotic and manual production, punching and forming using a variety of presses and benders, automated and manual painting with environmentally-friendly powder coating and five-stage wash, and pad and digital printing. We also administer manual processes such as electrical component assembly and assistance with art layout for printed pieces. Once we receive your DXF files we can move quickly with an estimate to provide production for your components.
