Drop Ceiling: lay-in

LT-series (music/paging/sound-masking):  single-system solution for paging and masking. The 1' x 2' assembly replaces half of (non-tegular) 2' x 2' ceiling tile. Ideal for use where ceiling to deck space is limited. Includes 2 speakers with transformers, 1' x 2' subplate with grille and partitioned backbox. Paging driver fires down to provide clear voice transmission, masking driver fires up to shape background sound levels for improved privacy in open environments with drop ceilings. SMTGM-series (formerly SMLT-series): sound-masking grid-mount speakers sit above ceiling tile and shape background sound levels to aid conversational privacy in open areas with drop ceilings. Above Ceiling:

Fully assembled sound masking systems provide sound dispersion in above-ceiling (plenum) applications. Ready-to-install assemblies include factory-wired speaker with dual-voltage transformer and externally exposed 4" strain-relieved leads mounted in a backbox with perforated grille, plus 4-ft. chain, S-hook and rigid wire hanger for kink-free, single-point suspension.

Includes barrier strip connections. 1U x 9"D chassis for small, stand-alone masking or masking-paging installations. Can also be used to add masking to an existing paging system or zoned area. The built-in 5W amplifier can be used for paging, music, or signaling sources. Impedance Matching Transformer (TLM-600): speaker-to-line matching transformer is often used in conjunction with a masking generator (models SMGA5 or SMGA20) when adding masking capability to an existing music/paging system. (25V-70V-25K ohm in to 600-150 ohm out). specs
